• Where is the store based?

  McAllen, TX

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure, but please concider that orders will be taking 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.
  UK orders are taking longer. Patiente will be appreciated and please consider this for your order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are taking from 3 to 4 weeks to arrive it can take longer depending on the speed your local post office manage the delivery, all orders come with tracking number.

• Shipping info

  I sent orders all Saturdays.

  All orders are shipped and include tracking with Correos de México (the mexican postal service) which later on will transform into your local postal service, (granted it has entered your country) if you are from United States, USPS, if you are from Japan, JP Post and so on! Which means you can use the same tracking number on your local postal service website to track your order or even re-schedule a delivery.

  I am not responsible for orders lost or not delivered due to buyers providing and incorrect, incomplete or old mailing address.
  No refunds will be issued.

  If you know the shipping address on your order is incorrect sent me an email to fix it ASAP.
  International buyers are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with their orders.

  Note for international buyers: different countries handle the tracking numbers differently, and it can vary on a package by package basis. Most of the time, the tracking numbers for standar shipping stop updating once the package has left the country, because it is the prerogative of the destination's postal sytsem wether or not to enter the tracking number into their system.

  UK Orders:
  As of January 2021 all orders/buyers from United Kingdom may be subject to an extra charge or need to be registered for VAT to be able to delivery/upon delivery, this because of the recent VAT changes, please bare this on mind when placing an order.

• Is there a faster shipping method?

  Since most of the people want to save as much money as possible I only offer the cheapest shipping rate that I can.

  If you would REQUIRE a faster shipping, no mater the cost, please send an email to discuss it!

• I've been following the tracking of my order but it hasn't moved in while, what happened?

  Sometimes an order may be moving but the system doesn't update properly, please send me an email with your order number and/or tracking to figure out what happened.

  Please avoid sending me a DM on Instagram since I get tons of DMs everyday and it's pretty difficult to reply and keep track of a conversation properly.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
